A community.
Greg Spadaccini started Spaddy’s as a mobile coffee bar in 2015. A year later, it found a home in Seminole Heights. What grew around that little trailer was bigger than the business: a courtyard where neighbors could spend time together over coffee.
Greg has spoken about watching customers grow their families and seeing children return as they got older. That’s the story behind these photographs, too. The coffee gives people a reason to stop by. The people give the place its heart.
